the pleasure technicians

Like to take a minute to tell you about this band I saw called The Pleasure Technicians. They are from Pittsburgh and I saw them before I moved. Along with originals from their album, Mistakes Machines Make, they mixed in a few covers from Kid A when I saw them (National Anthem comes to mind). They are like Radiohead (I hate using that comparison because I feel like everyone uses it all the time), but more upbeat, more "dance-able", and perhaps more synthesized. They rock. a little late

Ok, so those pictures I promised two months ago are finally here. I've been a little busy with that whole "moving-300-miles-away" thing. Some of the pictures are only three years old! More to come soon.

talk about a rip-off

I went to Chick-Fil-A tonight and orderd the chicken nuggets. I was presented with a choice between 8 and 12 nuggets. I choose 12. After I drove away, I discovered that I received not 12, not 8, but 7.
